Using this technology in-house since 1994, we use 3D Systems SLA machines for fast prototyping and pattern making for use with secondary molding or casting processes. We own, co-own and partner in many machines and facilities.

Equipment and capabilities

Our large format machines (2) SLA 5000 (2) SLA 500s (1) SLA 250s (2)and (2) SLA 7000s have a maximum build size of 20 inches x 20 inches x 23 inches and are the largest in the industry.

The (2) Vipers have the highest resolution. This consistently ensures "Best Fit" and the shortest lead-times. Along with our highly skilled personnel we are committed to providing the best quality.

Material used in SLA machines are state-of-the-art epoxy resins which produce the most accurate parts. Tolerances are typically +/- 0.001 inch/inch with +/- 0.004 inch min.

Stereolithography.Com can respond quickly and take on large files easily, lead-times for SLA parts are typically 2-5 days to your site, depending on size after receipt of appropriate CAD data.

What file formats are acceptable for online quotes?

Our online quoting system will accept .STL files for instant quotes. This is the format used by the stereolithography machines when producing your part. Click here for more information on how to create a STL file from popular CAD programs. Our quoting engine will also accept .ZIP files that contain multiple STL files.

We can produce a traditional offline quote for files in many other formats, including DXF, DWG, IGES, and SolidWorks.
