General Purpose Systems
This group of Shore A hardness products are excellent multi-purpose materials for making a wide variety of products including molds used to cast concrete, plaster and various plastic materials.  This series offers application versatility with both brushable and castable material systems.  These products are safe and easy to handle.

High Performance Systems
These hand cast systems are designed for use in applications requiring exceptionally high tear and tensile strengths.  The ST-3000 series products are additions to the line exhibiting enhanced physical properties.

This group of products has been developed to be resistant to outdoor conditions. Darker pigment colors are recommended if color is required.

General Purpose Systems
These Shore D Elastomer resins cure relatively fast at room temperature producing tough, impact resistant castings. They are recommended when a resilient surface hardness is desired while maintaining good flexibility.

High Performance Systems
These semi-rigid, tough materials exhibit excellent cured physical properties including high abrasion resistance and high impact strength.  Ideal for uses such as master patterns, metal forming die faces, and other applications requiring exceptional wear resistance.

This comprehensive line-up of rigid casting urethanes is offered with prototyping and production in mind. These materials were formulated to simulate a wide array of thermoplastic products, such as ABS and Polycarbonate. With a vast range of work times, physical properties and fire-retardancy! There is a product available for every requirement.

Flexible Polyurethane Foams
This selection of flexible foams range from 3.0 lb. to 8.0 lb. per cubic foot free-rise density.

Rigid Polyurethane Foams
This foam has excellent high temperature resistance. Available in 2.5 lb., 6 lb., 10 lb., and 16 lb. densities.

This group of flexible and rigid casting resins has been designed for use in applications requiring tough, tintable and pigmentable materials that will also maintain clarity in outdoor applications.  With an array of hardnesses and working times, these materials are excellent for fabricating parts of all kinds.  The WC series products work well for castings of all sizes and have been used to cast up to 9000 lbs. for one part.  Seek technical advice from BJB to help make the right material selection.
