AGREEMENTS TO TERM OF USE
The SCI (Solid Conversion Inc,) solidconversion.com web site(s) (that are accessible under this agreement are Stereolithography.com, LaserSintering.com and InvestmentCast.com) (Our Websites or Site) has been established to support the Service, and by using these Sites, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all then-current Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the Service. SCI also reserves the rights to terminate access or use of the Site following any violation of these Terms of Use, or SCI s other rights, or for any use that is otherwise illegal, harmful or inappropriate.

These Terms & Conditions of Use (Terms of Use) apply to general access and use of the SCI quotation service for rapid prototype parts (the Service), other than specific part quotations or orders, which are governed by a separate Customer Agreement, the then-current terms of which are incorporated by reference herein. This is a contract that forms a legally binding agreement between you and Solid Conversions Inc.

Its terms are effective upon access to the Sites. We will deem you to have accepted all the provisions of the “terms of use” without modification the first time you visit the Sites. We require you to expressly acknowledge your agreement when you register as a user. If you do not accept the terms of this Agreement, you cannot use the Site or the services provided on it. The Site is based on trust. Your agreement to abide by these terms helps promote that trust among all members of our community. We recommend that you print a copy of this Agreement for your records. We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on the Site. The amended terms shall be effective as of the effective date indicated on the Site. We may also add, delete or modify some or all of our services at any time. This Agreement may only be amended by you in writing signed by both parties. Copyrights, trademarks and all other intellectual property law rights in all material provided on this Site belong to SCI or its licensors. Except as authorized below, none of this material may be reproduced, copied, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form with out the prior written consent of SCI .

ACESSS AND USE OF INFORMATION AND PASSWORD
When you become a registered customer, you will log in by using your e-mail address and a password, which will be for your use only. You must not share your password or disclose it to third parties, if you do this you explicitly are under breach of “Terms and Conditions” of the Sites). You are responsible for all access to and use of the Site using your e-mail address and password. Customers whose employees or agents have used the Customers e-mail address and password for the Site will be deemed to have authorized any access, use or misuse of this Site (including without limitation all orders placed through the Service) by such employees or agents or any person using their e-mail address or password. Access to this Site is limited to viewing the linked web pages solely for legitimate business purposes to access the information provided by SCI at this Site and to use the Services. Any access or attempt to access other areas of the SCI computer system or other information contained on the system for any purposes is strictly prohibited. SCI reserves the right in its discretion to suspend or cancel your registered customer status at any time without notice. Upon such cancellation, you will no longer be permitted to access the Site.

PERSONAL IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION
SCI only collects personally identifiable information (such as name, address, and e-mail address) about users of the Site that is voluntarily submitted by the user (you) as part of the registration process. SCI will retain the registration information you submit in a specific file, specific quotes will have a copy of that file saved for 45 days. When you voluntarily submit such personal information, you are consenting to receive emails from SCI from time to time regarding its products or services, as well as periodic SCI marketing events or promotions. If you do not wish to receive such information from SCI, you may send a message opt-out of these communications at any time by sending an e-mail to info@solidconversion.com .

SCI will not disclose your personally identifiable information to any third parties, except to the extent such disclosure is: (a) necessary to provide services to you (including for example by providing your name and address to a courier company so that your models can be delivered to you) or to enforce the Customer Agreement; or in the case we outsource all or part of the order or parts of an order in which case we have our own NDA and proprietary agreements and privacy contracts; or (c) required by applicable laws or regulations or by court or administrative order.

Customer Responsibilities and Warranties As a customer, you agree that: (1) all information provided in a quotation is accurate and complete and shall accurately represent your ability to accept the products or services as requested; (2) no information you provide on the Site shall be fraudulent or counterfeit; (3) you are 18 years of age or older. The customer is responsible for any and all orders placed on the Site. The shipping information used will be that in the Customer Profile section, unless we are expressly notified otherwise. All shipments will be FOB from our manufacturing centers unless Online Quoted, all offline quotes are subject to actual charges and may be billed later. All orders will be confirmed by a project manager, so the customer must make arrangements to accept this confirmation in order for the project to continue. After an order is placed, an approved Purchase Order must be faxed to the provided fax number at www.solidconversion.com. It is accepted that all work is satisfactory and accepted after the final interview with the Solid Conversion Inc project manager.

DISCLAIMERS
Use of the Site is at your own risk! SCI makes no warranties or representations as to the Site and assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions therein. As access and use of the Internet can never be 100% secure, SCI also assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable for, any damage to, or viruses that may infect your computer equipment or other property on account of your access to or use of the Site.

All intellectual property law rights in the Site content are owned by SCI and are hereby reserved. SCI hereby authorizes you to make a reasonable number of copies of Site content for your internal use in learning about, evaluating, or acquiring Services. You agree that any copy made must include the notice 2008 SCI. All Rights Reserved. No other permission is granted to you to print, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, upload, download, store, perform, display in public, alter, or modify the content contained on or in this Site to use as content to use on any other site.

SALE OF CUSTOM MADE PARTS
Prototype parts by nature and the nature of the process is we grow your custom designed parts via your 3D files; we are not responsible for discrepancies outside of the machine specs, for specific material and machine spec’s nor are we responsible for the breakage of the parts after delivery see http://www.stereolithography.com/materials.php.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION Neither the Customer, SCI, shall seek relief from a court with respect to any dispute arising in connection with this Agreement, its subject matter or an Order (except for any application for urgent equitable relief) unless such dispute has first been referred to voluntary mediation by an independent third party agreed to by the parties, and, if such mediation is not successful, has been submitted to arbitration conducted by a panel of three arbitrators sitting in Hawaii. Each party shall choose one arbitrator and those two shall choose the third. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association and the decision of the arbitrators shall be binding and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction. The arbitrators shall have no power to award punitive damages nor any damages measured other than by the actual losses suffered by the parties.

SITE ACCESS TERMS
General Compliance with Laws: You shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Site.

TERMINATION
We may terminate your membership if you breach any term of this Agreement, or if we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to us. You may terminate your ability to use the Site, your registration identification and password at any time by sending us a notice at info@solidconversion.com

BREACH AND RULES OF THE KNOLEDGE BASE
If you fail to abide by these Community Rules (and/or any variations in relevant local house rules) when taking part in the stereolithograpghy.com community, you will be sent an email which informs you why your contribution has been refused or edited. This email will also include a warning that continuing to break the rules may result in action being taken against your account or accounts.
This action may include any content posted by you being checked before allowed to go on the site or a temporary or permanent suspension of your ability to participate in any or all of stereolithography.com community areas.

Solid Conversions Inc. reserves the right to delete any contribution, or take action against any Site account, at any time, for any reason.

INDEMNITY
In consideration of your access to the Site, you shall indemnify and hold harmless SCI from and against any loss, liability, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys fees) suffered or incurred by SCI arising from your breach of these Terms of Use, or your negligent, willful, fraudulent or unlawful act or omission in connection with your use of the Site.
